Who is Jayda Jones?

I'm an entrepreneur, consultant, and professional who affects change through my expertise in developing strategic insights, implementing customer-focused solutions, and sharing innovative approaches. 

Much of my real-world marketing experience was gained through the creation of my eCommerce T-Shirt brand Trust the Process Co. I design and sell T-shirts that promote diversity in both STEM and education. 

Overtime, I organically developed my "3 Step Content Strategy" that consistently yields high engagement resulting in website sales. As questions poured in from fellow business owners on how they could replicated my same results, it was in March 2021 that J Wealth Consulting was born.

At J Wealth Consulting, I focus on brand development and developing improvement strategies to improve the customer experience. I have conducted over 100 audits for Fortune 500 clients, resulting in a 30% reduction in customer complaints. 

In as a content strategist, I have coached marketing teams on brand consistency, customer-centricity, and developing long-term partnerships with clients. I also have authored and facilitate workshops on personal branding and content creation.

As a professional, I excel in data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management. My focus on relationship-building, problem-solving, and exceeding client expectations has been a consistent theme throughout my career.
